    Too long for Shipping

    Shipping took over 13 days. Then when I received a notification that the item was delivered, I went out to the front porch and the item was not there. But the items arrived the following day. The false delivery notification was annoying as I did what one would normally do when they receive notification of arrival - contact the seller/shipper. When I contacted your customer service, it took over 2 days for you to respond.

    I'm sorry you had a bad shopping experience.
    1. As for the reply time, our working hours are from 10.00 am to 17.00 PM from Monday to Friday.
    2. Regarding the tracking number of transportation, it may be a problem that the local logistics information is wrong.
    3. As for the problem of logistics timeliness, some products are out of stock due to hot sales and need to be re-produced, which will prolong the original 8-day arrival schedule.
