Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will not accept returns after this time period. To start a return, you can contact us at support@rc-gf.com or Self-service returns on the RC-GF.com account backend: https://account.rc-gf.com
Submit a return request
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
1. Log in to your account:
1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.We do not charge relisting fees.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, free of any damage or scratches, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your item has been used but does not have any product issues, it will not be return
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package or you can download the return label yourself in the https://account.rc-gf.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
NOTE:
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
We only refund the product purchase cost, not including the shipping fee. If it is a free shipping, we will refund the entire order cost.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Products
If you receive damaged, defective or wrong items, please contact us immediately. RCGOFOLLOW may require that photos/videos be taken of the products for inspection purposes. We will do our best to provide a solution to fix your problem. Usually, we will send you replacement parts or a refund. If you eventually choose to return it, RCGOFOLLOW will take care of the return shipping costs.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on sale items, custom products or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refund Policy
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, which usually takes 5 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
